(45 min ) This class is for ages 2-4 years old. The focus will be on coordination, strength and structured learning behaviors in a contained preschool area of our recreational gym. Students will learn basic shapes and skills utilizing size appropriate equipment and circuits
(1.5 hours) This class is for ages 4-6 years old. This class's focus will be on all major body shapes, strength and flexibility needed to be successful in an advanced program. Students will utilize all 4 competitive events as well as trampolines and foam pits.
(1.5 hours) This class is for gymnasts ages 7 and up. It is designed as beginner level class for those who are just entering a gymnastics program for the first time or need to improve skills to move to a more advanced program. Students will utilize all events including spring floors, trampolines, vaults, balance beams and uneven bars.
(1.5 hours) This class is for ages 8 and above. This class is designed for students of varying skill levels and is suited for beginners as well as more advanced skill sets. Students will utilize all 4 competitive events to accomplish their goals as well as improve strength and flexibility.
Boys Recreational Gymnastics (1.5 Hours)
This class is designed for boys ages 5 and up and focuses on physical fitness through gymnastics-based activities. Students will build strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness while using a variety of gymnastics equipment.
(1 hour) This class is an introductory level tumbling class designed to teach students ages 4-7 the basic body shapes and strengthening drills to achieve tumbling skills such as rolls, kick-overs, cartwheels and walkovers. This class utilizes spring floors, tumble tracks, and trampolines.
(1 Hour): Prerequisite Back walkover -- This class is for ages 5 and up. This class will utilize spring floors, tumble tracks, trampolines and rod floors to progress to tumbling skills such as round-offs, handsprings, and connected passes. Strength and flexibility will also be included.
(1.5 hours): Prerequisite back handspring-- This class is for students with a minimum of a standing/round-off back handspring. This class will utilize spring floors, tumble tracks, trampolines and rod floors to progress tumbling skills such as saltos, aerials and advanced passes. Great for both cheerleaders and dancers.
(2 hours): This class is for students looking for a fast pace and challenging class. Students will work on strength, flexibility and advanced skills on each of the 4 events. Students will work towards personal goals set at the start of each session.
